JOB SUMMARY: We're looking for an experienced Data Business Analyst to join our team in building a modern data and analytics platform that consolidates healthcare data from multiple provider systems. You'll play a key role in integrating claims data (EDI), clinical data (XML/CCDA/PHIR), and supplemental data into a Common Data Model, enabling analytics, reporting, API-based data access and UI design.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and document business requirements from internal teams and external providers
• Analyze and map source data formats (EDI 837/835, XML, JSON) to a Common Data Model (CDM)
• Define transformation and enrichment rules for claims and clinical data
• Collaborate with data engineers to implement parsing and ingestion logic
• Define KPIs and assist in building dashboards using BI tools (OAC, Power BI, Tableau)
• Partner with QA to validate data accuracy, DQ rules, and reconciliation processes
• Work with API developers to define data access layers and UI designers to display metrics
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide production go-live support
• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
