Description Our customer is seeking 4 Field Network Technicians to support a large-scale wireless access point (AP) refresh project across its facilities. Technicians will be responsible for the physical installation, cabling, and basic configuration of new wireless APs, ensuring optimal coverage and performance. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in low-voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) and cable termination. Experience with mounting and installing wireless access points. Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, PoE, switch ports). Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with wireless survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, NetSpot). Knowledge of ladder/lift safety and OSHA compliance. Ability to document installations and update network diagrams. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of network security protocols (WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS). Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
