We are looking for a Sr. Metrology Specialist to help us achieve our aspiration to be the best manufacturer of Cell & Gene therapies to ensure our patients have the treatments they need to live longer, healthier lives. The Sr. Metrology Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks related to calibrations of equipment, vendor work orders, and administering equipment change requests in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role will be self-directed, working closely with internal and external customers to coordinate activities. Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Shift: This shift for this role is Wed-Sat, 2pm-12:30am. This role may require overtime as needed. The ability to work alternate shifts, as needed, to support business needs is preferred. Essential Requirements:

The salary for this position is expected to range between $33.65 to $62.50/hour. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
