The Process Improvement Lead works closely with the Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Training team to identify new opportunities, workflows or potential improvements to the current process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the expectations with impact analysis on any new client requests, new flows and other activities that would need operational support to implement
  • Work closely with Operations Lead and Team Leads to make sure that information such as updates, process impacts and benefits are discussed with the team and considered with the client and internal leadership
  • Work closely with the Quality and Training Team on any training requirements, policy and quality updates on the new workflows, change in policy, etc.
  • Raise and find mitigations on any issues or concerns on timelines, capacity changes, volume increase, resource requirements, etc.
  • Should be able to proactively reach out to Operations leads and understand their concerns on new experiments, workflows and client requests

Role Requirements:

  • This is an onsite role in Fremont, CA
  • Must be flexible to work any shift between 5:00 am 12:00 am PT including weekends and holidays

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical skills in terms of deriving insights from available data

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Effectively manage multiple parallel projects and provide high quality output

  • Experienced in conducting effective meetings, town-hall discussions and presentations for client visits to the production floor

  • Builds effective and long-term relations with client and key stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: capable of inductive thinking, and applies lessons learned in the past to current situations and issues

  • Strong planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities and tasks

  • Strong sense of ownership toward owns work and the takes opportunity to contribute beyond job description/role

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
