Client Support Specialist (High-end system product, Client Support Call Center)
Location: Maitland, FL (should live within 20 miles) Remote: Hybrid Remote. Work from home days are Thursday and Friday. In office days are Monday through Wednesday. *Must have high speed internet and a quiet workspace to work from home. Pay Rate: Very competitive - $22.00/hour + Benefits Hours per week: 40 hours + Eligible for OT Schedule: 830AM-5PM EST Holidays: This is a service position. We are Open from Christmas to New Years and expected to work. Interview Process: 1 round interview Education: Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Timeline... Expected Interview Date 6/23/2025 Expected Start Date 8/4/2025 *Description* -Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding computer system products via phone and email -Use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of computer system products and abilities (useful in HR, benefits, and related compliance departments) -Follow up and follow through throughout new projects, requests, and cases -Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, decide on a course of action, and be accountable for actions and decisions -This role is looked as true account on communication with Delivery service providers. (DSP) -The customers are independent business owners and entrepreneurs -You will be on the phone all day 80%. Break out to team meeting -There are 3 levels that you can grow in.
