PROGRAM MANAGER
HighPoint's professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Program Manager contributes to HighPoint through leadership, project planning, communication management, financial management, stakeholder management, issues and risk management, and scope management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Program Manager will have ten (10) years of specialized experience that includes, at a minimum, the following:
specific prior experience managing day-to-day operations of a large, complex strategic communications program, including the supervisory oversight and management of a dynamic public affairs website, demonstrated experience providing technical direction and managing large multi-task projects of high complexity; designing, implementing and managing strategic communications and public affairs campaigns across traditional and social media; and proven experience in completion of projects within estimated timeframes and budgets, ability to coordinate efforts across the team and the program to complete complex tasks and meet customer requirements.
