Agropur is actively seeking a Whey Bagger to join our production team in Weyauwega, Wisconsin.The Whey Bagger is responsible for assisting with the activities in the Whey and/or Permeate Plant as directed by the Production Supervisor/Area Production Manager.

What this role is about:
  • Fill lactose, whey, or permeate bags with product; ensuring the bag house is empty at end of shift.

  • Fill lactose bin with totes.

  • Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of Bag Room.

  • Operate Forklift

  • Understand basic operation of Dryers and assist operators as needed.

  • Assist with other general duties in Whey and/or Permeate Plant as assigned.

What you need to be a Whey Bagger:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Physically able to lift at least up to 55 lbs.

  • Lift Truck License required; in-house training provided.

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
