Position Summary:

At Cirtec Medical, we don't just manufacture-we innovate alongside the world's leading OEMs to bring the most complex Class II and III medical devices to life. From neuromodulation to structural heart, our integrated platform accelerates innovation and ensures quality at scale. We're seeking a Technical Marketing Manager with a passion for systems thinking, digital transformation, and applied AI to drive demand and scale our go-to-market engine.

This is not your average marketing role. You'll be part technologist, part strategist, and part builder-delivering solutions that empower business development teams, connect data systems, and use AI to target the right opportunities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Architect an AI-powered lead scoring system that helps prioritize OEMs who actually need our specialized capabilities-no more noise, just opportunity.
  • Integrate Salesforce, Pardot, and Airtable into a seamless marketing ops stack that delivers a clear view of lead status, content engagement, and follow-up paths.
  • Partner with marketing personnel to implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies across our key intervention categories-neurostimulation, vascular, structural heart, and more.
  • Automate delivery of technical collateral (spec sheets, case studies, process diagrams) so BDs always have the right asset at the right time for both new opportunities and plant transfers.


  • Lead predictive modeling initiatives to identify prospects with high purchase intent, not just passive browsers-turn marketing into a precision engine.
  • Expand AI use cases beyond marketing: partner with cross-functional groups (starting with Quality) to deploy AI tools that improve efficiency, compliance, and data utilization.
  • Scale our expertise through intelligent content recommendation engines-get smarter over time about what content wins.


  • Develop interactive, 3D product experiences for use at trade shows, webinars, and sales demos-think exploded views of IPGs, catheter motion demos, and system integration flows.
  • Build a content system that functions as a "digital sales engineer"-converting complex specs into smart, self-qualifying inbound leads.
  • Ensure all marketing experiences reinforce Cirtec's technical depth, speed-to-market advantage, and proven execution across the full product lifecycle.



Must Have:



  • 5-10 years in technical marketing, product marketing, or solutions marketing-preferably in medical device, contract manufacturing, or complex B2B tech.
  • Strong understanding of AI, predictive analytics, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Airtable, Tableau, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute ABM strategies and integrate cross-platform marketing systems.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, quality, and commercial teams to align go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly-to engineers, to procurement, and to C-suite stakeholders.



Good to have:



  • Bonus: Experience building 3D/interactive content, digital twins, or immersive technical experiences.



Salary Range: 120000 to 140000
