This position will be based in ourModesto, CA headquarters or Dallas, TX sales office with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

Join our dynamic team as an Analyst 2-Go To Market and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales department! We are seeking a talented individual who excels in financial and business-related planning and analysis to support the development and implementation of effective strategies and programs. In this role, you will collaborate directly with partners to deliver monthly sales initiatives, reporting updates, and essential support functions including BU incentives, KPI tracking, and market analysis.

As an Analyst 2-Go To Market, you will schedule and complete detailed analysis and research, prepare comprehensive reports for management, and recommend actionable changes. You will identify key business risks and opportunities and contribute to strategic projects, providing necessary inputs and weekly updates. Maintaining the GTM standard suite of reports, supporting US Sales with Share of Market work, and conducting special business-related studies will be part of your daily activities. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of standard monthly reporting and presentations.

You will lead projects aimed at improving performance with targeted distributors and internal teams, addressing key business issues using multiple data sources. Additionally, you will support new item deployments and performance tracking within Anaplan, aid the allocation process in SAP, and assist the Sales Integration Team with various tasks, including updating the Legal Distributor Tracker and providing data analysis for acquisitions.

What You Will Need:

  • MBA plus 1 year of Finance, Accounting, Military, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales, finance, accounting, or brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo winery or distributor management sales, finance, operations, accounting, or brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Word at an intermediate level.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What You Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics plus 5 years of Gallo corporate finance, sales, distributor network or brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • MBA degree.
  • Cost Accounting or Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with SAP.

Compensation:

  • Hiring salary range posted: $33.03- $49.57/ hourly
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
