We are seeking a talented individual who excels in financial and business-related planning and analysis to support the development and implementation of effective strategies and programs. In this role, you will collaborate directly with partners to deliver monthly sales initiatives, reporting updates, and essential support functions including BU incentives, KPI tracking, and market analysis. As an Analyst 2-Go To Market, you will schedule and complete detailed analysis and research, prepare comprehensive reports for management, and recommend actionable changes. You will identify key business risks and opportunities and contribute to strategic projects, providing necessary inputs and weekly updates. Maintaining the GTM standard suite of reports, supporting US Sales with Share of Market work, and conducting special business-related studies will be part of your daily activities. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of standard monthly reporting and presentations. You will lead projects aimed at improving performance with targeted distributors and internal teams, addressing key business issues using multiple data sources. Additionally, you will support new item deployments and performance tracking within Anaplan, aid the allocation process in SAP, and assist the Sales Integration Team with various tasks, including updating the Legal Distributor Tracker and providing data analysis for acquisitions.
