Designs and leads scientific aspects of a project, such as project portfolios, study design, proposal drafting, outcome evaluation, and manuscript writing etc. Responsible for the overall execution of project plan and risk mitigation.
Essential Functions:
- Designs and develops scientific experiments and research projects to support the development of new products and technologies. Documents project plans, anticipates and mitigates risks, and produces time estimates.
- Conducts data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform project decisions and recommendations. Stays current with industry trends and advancements in scientific research to inform project strategy and direction.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Prepares technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings and project updates to stakeholders.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Leads requirement gathering, supervises or conducts literature reviews, drafts proposals, and evaluates scientific merit.

- Five years of postdoctoral experience in informatics, design, or technology related areas, required.
