About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and experiencedLeasing and Facilities Managerto oversee the end-to-end management of lease agreements and facility operations across our U.S. pharmacy and PET production sites. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background incommercial lease administration,property management, andfacility maintenance-especially within the healthcare or pharmacy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Administration & Real Estate Management:
    • Manage the full lifecycle ofcommercial lease agreements, including renewals, amendments, terminations, and compliance tracking.
    • Maintain a centralizedlease databasewith accurate lease terms, critical dates, and financial obligations.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams onlease negotiations, documentation, and due diligence.
    • Identify and coordinatetenant improvementsprior to lease renewals.
  • Landlord & Property Management Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for alllandlord communicationsandproperty managementissues.
    • Ensure landlords fulfill theirmaintenance obligationsand resolve issues promptly.
    • Initiate vendor setup for new landlords and maintenance providers.
  • Facilities Operations & Maintenance:
    • Supportpharmacy openings, relocations, and closuresfrom a lease and facilities perspective.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolvefacility-related issuesefficiently.
    • Managesite access control, including badge issuance and policy enforcement.
  • Strategic Planning & Cost Optimization:
    • Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Pharmacy Development teams onsite planning,real estate strategy, andcost-saving initiatives.
    • Monitorlease-related expensesand assist withbudgeting and forecasting.
    • Identify opportunities foroperational efficiencyandfacility cost reduction.
  • Utilities & Compliance Management:
    • Set up utilities for new and relocated sites and maintain a masterutilities tracking file.
    • Ensure allproperty management agreementsrequired by leases are current and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • RPA, CFM, or similar professional certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in lease administration or real estate management
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or retail operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of lease terms, property management, and vendor coordination
  • Proficient in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience managing multi-site operations
  • Familiarity with estate law is an asset
