As a Security Professional - Access Control - Multiple Shifts in Middlesboro, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attention to detail. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries related to access procedures and site navigation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific actions.
• Collaborate with site personnel to maintain awareness of security-related concerns within the food and beverage environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
