Duration: * 2 positions: July 7 - September 30 * 1 position: 30-day assignment Overview: We are seeking three detail-oriented Temporary Mailing Specialists to support document processing and mailing operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional office environment. These roles are onsite only and based in Sioux Falls, SD. Key Responsibilities: * Access and manage tasks from a digital workflow queue * Review and process documents for accuracy and completeness * Prepare and mail responses in a timely manner * Assist with large-scale mailings related to unclaimed property, including printing, folding, and stuffing * Receive training and guidance from an onsite manager Please note: This role does not involve phone-based customer support. Required Skills: * Strong clerical and administrative support skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat * High attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Information: * These are temporary roles with no current plans for permanent placement, though future opportunities may arise. * Ideal for entry-level candidates or those looking to gain office experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
