PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

The program supervisor leads and is responsible for the day to day administration of all ACGME and non ACGME fellowship programs in the Department of Anesthesiology. The program supervisor oversees program assistant and reports directly to program administrator.
Supports the daily operations of the ACGME Residency, fellowship, and non ACGME programs by supporting fellowship directors in the implementation of activities. Functions as subject matter expert for all governing bodies policies and procedures at institutional and external levels. Leads and manages recruitment activities, application processing, generation and analysis of statistical reports and records for governing bodies to ensure compliance. Provides administrative leadership to ensure business continuity for residents,fellows, administrators, and regulatory agencies in absence of Program Administrator

Qualifactions:

• Associates degree required | Bachelors degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Working Knowledge of Immigration laws
• Knowledge of residency and fellowship programs
