About this Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll help execute a variety of marketing programs - from email campaigns to social media, events, and sales collateral. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who's looking to grow in a B2B marketing environment and gain exposure across strategy, execution, and operations.

What You'll Do

Campaign & Lead Generation



  • Assist with email campaigns, list management, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate lead capture forms, landing pages, and nurture sequences
  • Help manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)


Content & Communications



  • Draft copy for emails, blogs, social posts, and sales materials
  • Develop content briefs for designers and creative partners
  • Maintain content calendar and help publish content across platforms


Social Media Support



  • Schedule and post to LinkedIn company page
  • Support with community engagement and content performance tracking


Sales Enablement & Asset Management



  • Assist in updating one-pagers, case studies, and decks
  • Organize marketing assets and support internal communications


Events & Webinar Coordination



  • Support logistics for trade shows, webinars, and industry events
  • Assist with event registrations, follow-up emails, and collateral prep


Marketing Operations



  • Help track key metrics across campaigns and digital channels
  • Help support to keep internal monitors updated with latest and relevant content to share company updates


What You'll Need



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships included)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar), and content management tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or basic design/writing tools
