Job Overview

Milestone Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Laptop Imaging Technician to provide onsite services for our client's global team. In this role, you will manage inventory and imaging and deploy Windows and macOS laptops, mobile devices, and essential equipment. Additionally, you will coordinate diagnosis and warranty repairs.

How You Make An Impact:

* Coordinate shipping and repairs for damaged equipment with third-party vendors/manufacturers, both in and out of warranty
* Provide updated information on repair status and invoicing for repair costs
* Troubleshoot devices to identify possible issues
* Manage new hire equipment ticket management
* Image and deploy laptops, peripherals, and equipment
* Process and record delivery and deployment logistics requests
* Confirm and validate new asset receipts of received hardware
* Escalate, report, and manage discrepancies related to physically received hardware assets
* Conduct weekly stockroom inventory asset audits
* Monitor and report inventory stock levels according to established thresholds
* Maintain and track hardware in and out of inventory store rooms
* Perform hardware recovery for employee terminations and laptop replacements
* Identify disposition of returned assets
* Assist in arranging and managing e-waste services

What You Need To Succeed:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of inventory management experience
* Ability to work onsite following mandatory safety guidelines
* Extensive understanding of IT equipment, models, and accessories, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices
* Excellent ticket management skills
* Responsive and effective communications via email, Slack, and Zoom, with high professionalism
* Knowledge of storeroom safety and operations
* Ability to lift/move 25-50 pounds
* Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions
* A valid driver's license is required
* 2+ years of Inventory Management, imaging, and deployment experience
* Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow, Jamf, BigFix, and other device management/service delivery software
* Ability to drive a truck and box truck is a plus
* Equipment certifications are a plus
* Logistics-related certifications are a plus
* Repair certification or experience for macOS and PC laptops is a plus

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $26.00/Hr. - USD $28.00/Hr. and is a Non-Exempt role. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
