Position: Relationship Manager
Department: AE Coach
Reporting to: Director of Advisor Team Training
Location: Lenexa, KS - Onsite
Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Relationship Manager to join our AE Coach team. In this role, you'll support the operations behind our coaching and consulting programs for financial advisors. You'll work closely with coaches, advisors, and internal teams to keep everything organized, efficient, and on track-while making sure our coaching clients have a great experience from start to finish.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the team phone line and email inbox
- Support coaches by managing calendars, taking notes in coaching sessions, tracking assessments and follow up
- Act as liaison between AE Coach team and internal department to ensure alignment
- Coordinate projects, meetings, travel logistics and events for the AE Coach team
- Maintain and track key client information and update CRM
- Coordinate the enrollment and onboarding process
- Plan and execute advisor visits and in-person planning sessions
- Manage contracts and billing processes
- Plan and organize departmental meetings and team retreat
- Manage gifting and other details that enhance the client experience
Experience you'll bring:
- Previous experience in project management, schedule coordination, and travel planning
- CRM experience required
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and self-motivated
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with executive or C-level professionals
- Familiarity with Monday.com and Salesforce
- Experience coordinating complex or large-scale travel logistics
- Post-secondary education in a related field
