Delegated Oversight Coordinator

General Summary of Position
Monitors and evaluates the performance of our delegated vendors. This role will focus on collecting and reviewing performance data, maintaining effective relationships with vendors, and ensuring that our organization makes informed decisions when entering agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
  • Collects and tracks reports needed for vendor oversight meetings.
  • Manages the Master Vendor Matrix to ensure all vendor information is accurate and captured.
  • Assists with scheduling meetings and completing minutes for Annual and Semi-Annual Business Reviews
  • Reviews vendor reports to identify any missed performance standards. Follows up with vendor to understand all missed performance standards.
  • Requests and reviews a root cause analysis from the vendors when there are significant performance issues identified.
  • Tracks all corrective action plans.
  • Manages vendor specific projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Tracks them through to completion. Works with Manager of Delegated Oversight to help address any barriers.
  • Fosters relationships with the vendor's subject matter experts.
  • Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and MFC in community outreach efforts.
  • Confirms ad hoc regulatory deliverables are submitted timely


  • Minimum Qualifications
    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.

    Experience

    • 3-4 years 3 years related experience required
    • One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

    Licenses and Certifications

    • No special certification, registration or licensure required

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • High level problem solving skills.
    • Ability to identify and propose solutions to moderately complex problems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.

    This position has a hiring range of $23.19 - $40.61
