You have developed models, successfully mines, interprets and analyzes data to solve strategic tactical, structured and unstructured business problems Communicates outcomes and recommendations to a wide range of business partners.

  • You have a B.S. in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Machine Learning, Computer Science Bachelors or Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields.
  • You have knowledge of 3 or more of the following: SQL; R or Python; Qlikview, D3, Splunk, Spark, Cloudera Hadoop Distribution, Kafka, Scala, and/or Tableau a plus.
  • You will perform data manipulation and analytics, while working with business functions and more senior members of the team to identify and to respond to business problems.
  • You have experience using analytical models to solve structured and unstructured business problems.
  • You have experience interpreting analyses and presents findings to team leadership and business partners.
  • You will communicate trends, metrics and actionable recommendations in verbal briefs, dashboards and reports to a wide-ranging business audience.
  • You have an interest in financial markets and/or the investment management industry.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
