Job Description The Enterprise Portfolio Management Expert role is responsible for delivering a key HR Product Portfolio in partnership with key HR and technology partners. The ideal candidate will use strong business and technical knowledge along with deep leadership skills to deliver a key HR portfolio of projects. They will do this by owning initiative intake, quarterly planning, prioritization and delivery through status reporting, issue escalation and go to market activities. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will manage key initiatives end to end and manage the performance and results of the portfolio including ensuring key HR and team OKRs are incorporated into the portfolio as well.Key Responsibilities
