Learn more about ENSCO. Position Description ENSCO is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 7+ years of experience who can lead design projects from conceptualization to completion. As part of our marketing team, you will collaborate with other designers and writers in the marketing team and key stakeholders in various corporate groups and divisions. You are an expert in developing brand concepts and designing a wide variety of graphic assets for integrated marketing campaigns and projects across all media, including tradeshow booths, annual reports, proposal graphics, advertising, social media, brochures, data sheets, booklets, presentations, logos, etc. You will develop new creative visual concepts within our existing visual framework to ensure consistent branding and messaging for all marketing channels. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in graphic/information design, or equivalent Minimum of 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment Due to the nature of the environment (fast-paced, high volume, while meeting deadlines), the individual must be a team player, self-starter, have the ability to be flexible and must possess outstanding interpersonal skills Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in commercial or government proposal graphics Excellent design aesthetic/creativity, typography, with a keen eye for design details Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time Ability to create proposal graphics and presentations for proposal inclusion and customer presentations within proposal schedule Ability to read and interpret Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements to ensure compliance with all fonts, page, sizing, and other proposal submission requirements Experience working closely with internal company contacts to understand requirements and create efficient graphic designs through the best available mediums Proven ability to contribute to all stages of the creative development process from concept, design to final production Strong presentation skills, and ability to deliver and apply constructive creative feedback Ability to produce creative concepts, logos, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, and final design files with minimal supervision Ability to prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications Experience/knowledge of the print process, setting up design/files for print and ability to manage in-house resources and print vendors Experience ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, updating and enforcing visual/brand style guide for companywide use and by partners/vendors Qualifications Desired Videography/Video editing experience, especially for social media CAD/3D experience HTML/CSS experience Digital Marketing skills Experience in designing for aerospace, rail, national security, cyber or related fields Excellent organizational skills; experience with Atlassian's JIRA helpdesk/job tracking tool Required Certifications: None U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes Security Clearance Required: None Employment Type: Regular Full-time Background Check Type: 7 Year Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required: None Position Contingent Upon Contract Award: No Salary Range $90,000 — $100,000 USD REAL ID Requirement This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
