Position Summary This individual will implement projects related to sales, marketing and store procedure aspects of the Fleet department. They will provide support to PBY stores, PBY fleet customers, PBY Fleet sales team and various SSC departments to ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with established fleet procedures. The Fleet Sales Coordinator will act as a primary point of contact for fleet customers and PBY stores using the 800-55 fleet hotline. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as project coordinator for department specific sales and marketing projects as well as assisting with projects related to credit and collections.
- Implement sales projects with members of the national fleet sales team, working directly with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance our sales projects.
- Develop and maintain training materials and processes related to the Fleet business for both store associates and fleet sales team.
- Act as primary Zoho CRM administrator, utilizing existing external sales leads and internal data to develop an actionable lead tracking process.
- Resolve day-to-day operational concerns and recommend improvements with regards to system issues, customer service issues or sales process issues.
- Maintain professional demeanor when contacted by fleet customers and PBY stores via 800 55 FLEET number.
- Update and maintain all fleet account information in database.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience
- Highschool diploma required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience required
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Zoho (or similar CRM tool) required.
- Automotive service experience or Pep Boys experience preferred but not required.
- Must have experience dealing with a fast-paced external sales team, as well as experience as customer facing point of contact.
