Warehouse Consolidator

Staffmark is hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Consolidator in Marietta, GA. This critical role supports the outbound shipping process by organizing and combining inventory from multiple staging areas to create accurate, on-time deliveries. Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Your Day-to-Day:

• Consolidate items from different storage or staging locations into organized outbound shipments
• Confirm products match packing lists or manifests, and label shipments per customer specs
• Safely move and organize products using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Support final preparation of shipments through wrapping, labeling, and staging
• Maintain clean, organized consolidation zones and follow all safety guidelines
• Identify and report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies
• Collaborate with loaders, pickers, and admin staff to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay productive with minimal supervision
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment role preferred
• Solid understanding of warehouse procedures such as picking, packing, and shipping
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
• Forklift or pallet jack certification
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Basic carpentry or experience with scanning tools is a plus
