Staffmark has a new opportunity for you in Vidalia, GA. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our local client. Develop your skills and secure your financial future today. Keep reading to find out how.

Schedule: 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer support.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, repairs, and services.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, repairs) to resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Handle escalated issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.




Qualifications:



  • Must have two years of related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM systems.
