Pay & Schedule

• Training Pay: $16 per hour
• Hourly Pay: $17.60 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of CNC machining experience or equivalent trade school training
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications
• Skilled in machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality control processes
• Able to work overnight hours and maintain attention to detail during extended shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and saws in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Perform CNC setup, tool changes, deburring, and routine quality checks
• Adjust machine settings (feeds, speeds, coolant flow) to maintain tight tolerances
• Make minor CNC program edits and troubleshoot machine issues in real time
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards
