The Associate Vice President of Sales is responsible for the strategic leadership, the vision and the execution of Sales for NextGear Capital. The role will drive and execute the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities. Will drive NextGear's value proposition to generate new business development based on industry needs of the market. The VP of Sales will work closely with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) to manage the field-based sales operations and it will be their job to make sure that each sales person is well equipped to present a variety of products and services to the automotive industry that result in revenue for the company. They will be responsible for NextGear achieving its established sales goals.

USD 195,700.00 - 326,100.00 Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $195,700.00 - $326,100.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $100,000.00.
