Position SummaryAlthough the role is based in New York, it includes a significant international dimension coordinating pitching opportunities across the White & Case US, EMEA and APAC office network. Given the Firm's strategy and the growth of the Americas Corporate practice, the primary role of the Business Development Manager is to provide support to the Corporate Partners in specialty areas including Tax, Employment, Compensation & Benefits, Private Clients and Environmental in the U.S. as well as broader support on Corporate/M&A initiatives. This is a high-profile role that will allow you to influence and motivate partners, whilst providing a platform to help drive the implementation of the Firm's strategy, drive growth, and support client targeting activities in the U.S. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts related to brand positioning, client development, thought leadership, events, amongst other bespoke initiatives across the U.S., serving as a strategic partner to the Partners providing service for the world's largest financial institutions, financial sponsors and corporations, as well as help in the implementation of a range of strategic initiatives.
