POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

The position of Contract Manager reports to the Director of Contracts and functions as a contract manager performing all prime contract support functions and duties required, specifically tailored to support of GSA, OASIS, OASIS+, STARS, and other Multiple Award Schedule programs.


The Contract Manager has the responsibility to know the accepted business practices for federal prime contract administration, and to adhere to all relevant procedures of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Contract Manager to conduct all business in accordance first with company policies and procedures and other documented government compliance regulations (i.e., FAR/DFARS).


Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):


Manages all primary contract support functions by performing the following duties:



  • Manage and administer all MAS contracts and awards issued under MAS schedules to include electronic submission of all required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
  • Prepare, negotiate and execute Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements.
  • Assist and advise during the Bid and Proposal stage on all contractual issues related to a solicitation.
  • Primary interface with Government customers on contractual related concerns.
  • Review of awarded contracts for consistency with solicitation and Alutiiq proposal, route contracts for execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:



  • Recent and relevant experience with administration of GSA, OASIS, STARS, and other Multiple Award Schedule programs
  • Recent hands-on experience with GSA Advantage, GSA Assist/CRPM, Symphony, and FedConnect
  • Experience working in a Government environment and working knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
  • Strong knowledge of contract award types and how the award type impacts closeout activities.
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and confident with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with Operations and multiple other support groups within the company to achieve common goals.
  • Deltek/Costpoint experience
  • Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office


Required Experience



  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of directly related experience. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
