Hiring multiple ROI specialists for a well known hospital in Beverly Hills, CA!! Pay is $24-$26/HR MUST HAVE: * ROI Navigator Module in EPIC, or else you will not qualify * at least 3 years of Releasing records Description - Complete release of information requests, including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record and transmitting daily. - Date stamp all requests and highlight data to expedite processing. - Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information in accordance with procedures. - Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers - Ensure that files are properly stored and maintained -Receives and prioritizes customer requests from multiple sources and works them through the appropriate systems to completion within required -response timeframes and in accordance with State and Federal requirements and HIPAA regulations. -Address customer inquiries for patient information, assists callers with making record requests and general customer service. -Educate customers on information confidentiality and privacy regulations. -Receive and prioritize customer requests from multiple sources and work them through the appropriate systems to completion within required response timeframes and in accordance to State and Federal requirements and HIPAA regulations. -Identifies and responds appropriately to both internal and external customer needs utilizing available resources Top Skills Details Emr,Electronic medical record,Roi,Electronic health record,Epic,Health information management Additional Skills & Qualifications - Strong customer service skills - Must maintain a high level of confidentiality / HIPPA - Data entry and processing accuracy of 95%, e-fax., use of PDF application Experience Level Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
