We now have an opportunity to recruit a Project Manager for Manufacturing Technology within our Valves global manufacturing team (VPS) within Danfoss Power Solutions. This team works on a high portion of new projects, and therefore has ambition to develop and upgrade our production systems and with a view developing our business further. This role will play an integral role in driving that activity, with a focus primarily on our Cartridge and HIC Assembly and Test activities. You'll become a champion of sustaining and advancing our growth journey, while developing and improving production set-up across our global footprint, with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. This involves implementing automation and adopting a "work smarter" approach to ensure continuous improvements. You'll work alongside 6 highly dedicated and skilled Project Manufacturing Managers and Specialists, in a closely-knit team who prioritise teamwork and proactivity. What You'll Be Doing
You will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing set-up, processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include: * Develop and support upgrading our production lines (assemblies and testing) to upper automation level and systems to ensure best in class operations set-up. Finally, you will also contribute to automating and upgrading various production processes to achieve higher output, better quality, and reduced costs in daily operation. What We're Looking For
* Whether you are an experienced technician or an engineer by education, we value experience in a similar role, with experience in manufacturing assemblies, hydraulic testing and systems, with understanding of automation being advantageous. Ready to Make a Difference?
