DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to contribute significantly to the operational and financial functions of the bureau. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and issuing financial statements, submitting necessary reports, and ensuring compliance with federal funding and transparency regulations. You will also play a crucial role in managing the Commonwealth's credit card programs, funds, and reviews, as well as facilitating single audit reviews for subrecipients. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- An Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) is available upon completion of the probationary period.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days when work dictates such requirements. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $51,971.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Experience using Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience with database management
