*Description*
The production assistant is responsible for being the direct line of communication between the customer care and their local market. They will maximize installation capacity by managing and assigning installation project dates. They will receive service calls from the customer care team and the customers themselves. They provide accurate updates and reschedule projects based on availability. For example: Jacuzzi bath remodel might need to be pushed out a week due to supplies, therefore, they will need to work with the installation managers and the sales managers to move installers around to create efficiency. They will keep the customers updated on the process while working with internal and external sources(local permit government entities). -Bath remodel business. Really closely with the senior production manager. Highest and runs the location. This person does a lot of the scheduling. This person reaches out to schedule them for installs. -Materials may get delayed so they may have to follow up with customers, -Scheduling is the #1 task, Try to have schedule built out 4 weeks in advance. 35M Dollar operation. Fill in vacancies for more jobs in the 4 weeks window -Monthly basis roughly around 175 jobs, March 236 Jobs, April 185 jobs per month -Production assistant has to get to know construction crews, Have to understand which crews need to go to the site. *Skills* customer service, scheduling coordinating, erp system, salesforce crm, order processing, call volume, call center, project scheduling, project management, project coordination, construction, estimation *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 2+ Years of experience scheduling installations is a major plus. Must come from the construction/home service industry ERP experience is a must CRM experience is a must, salesforce experience preferred High School Diploma -Lowes, service construction companies, windows, siding, garage doors, dealing with install crews. Training can be up to two weeks but they will be thrown into the job right away. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
