*Description*
As a Technical Product Owner, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories. You'll play a critical role in shaping product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring delivery through high-velocity agile sprints. *Key Responsibilities* * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap * Write clear, concise, and complete user stories from scratch, ensuring alignment with business goals * Translate technical requirements into user stories that are understandable and actionable for development teams * Prioritize and manage product backlog to maximize value delivery * Actively participate in and support all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery * Monitor sprint velocity and adjust backlog priorities to maintain momentum and meet deadlines * Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for user experience throughout the development lifecycle *Required Qualifications* * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a technical and banking environment * Proven ability to write user stories from scratch and manage end-to-end product delivery * Strong experience translating technical requirements into business-friendly user stories * Demonstrated success working in high-velocity sprint environments * Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience supporting Agile ceremonies * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms *Preferred Skills* * Experience in financial services or banking technology * Technical bkgrd or understanding of software development lifecycle * Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
