Job Duties:
The Department of Educational Psychology develops and applies cutting-edge scientific knowledge concerning: the psychological and social processes that underlie learning; the design of effective instruction; the factors affecting the mental health of learners of all ages; and the methodological tools required to generate this knowledge. The department is consistently ranked as one of the nation's best graduate programs in this field. Educational Psychology is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-orientated individual committed to providing exceptional customer service to the department's graduate students, faculty, staff, families, and community members. As support to the School Psychology Training Clinics, this person will communicate with clients and their families, along with school personnel, and medical professionals to schedule and follow up with individuals. They will support the financial tasks related to billing, accounts payable and supply ordering. Individuals with exceptional customer service skills, those highly adaptable to change and experience working with a wide-range of individuals and abilities will be successful in this position. This position has the potential to work remotely upon successful completion of training and within the work rules of the department. Key Job Responsibilities:
Educational Psychology Compensation:Minimum $54,000 per 12-months and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications:
