Technician 2 Shift: 1st, (4:30am -3pm) *Pay: Starting at $25/hr. (Based on experience)* Job Description: Perform forge operations and assist with machine setups Conduct visual and precision inspections to ensure part quality Complete inventory tags, labels, and documentation Support minor machine maintenance and changeovers Assist with tooling cleaning and rework tasks Participate in continuous improvement and team projects Maintain a clean and safe work area Fill in for other operators during breaks as needed Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Basic math and ruler measurement skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Strong attendance, punctuality, and team mindset
