Job Summary

Harley-Davidson is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and detail-obsessed Product Marketing Lead to drive the positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution for families in our Motorcycle product portfolio. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between Product Development, Marketing, and Sales crafting launch strategies, performance narratives, and lifecycle roadmaps that elevate the Harley-Davidson brand and deliver meaningful customer impact. You'll help define what each motorcycle stands for, and make sure the world knows it.

Job Responsibilities

* Product Positioning: Own and refine the positioning, value propositions, and target customer profiles for current and future motorcycle models.
* Messaging: Translate platform innovations into clear, differentiated messaging frameworks
* Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead cross-functional GTM planning for launches partnering with cross functional teams to develop marketing toolkits, videos, and asset briefs.
* Insights: Collaborate with Consumer Research to deepen understanding of rider mindsets, category expectations, and brand perception and conduct competitive benchmarking to inform positioning and lifecycle decisions
* Channel Integration: Track launch performance, sell-through, and feedback loops to optimize future marketing and product investments

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Education Specifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements

Required
* This position typically requires 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in automotive, powersports, consumer tech, or premium lifestyle brands
* Proven success in leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies and product launches
* Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to connect performance specifications to emotional benefits
* Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes and proactively develop solution-oriented approaches
* Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
Preferred
* MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Strategy
* Experience working with dealer networks, premium DTC brands, or international product launches
* Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry
* Passion for motorcycles, motorsports, or performance culture is a big plus

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
