Our client is a highly acquisitive, private equity-backed organization experiencing rapid growth through both organic expansion and acquisitions. With a multi-year digital transformation roadmap in motion, the company is investing heavily in scalable systems, process optimization, and digital enablement. They offer a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with direct exposure to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.

Position Summary
The Director of Business Transformation will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital enablement, and scalable growth. This role is highly visible, reporting directly to senior leadership and partnering cross-functionally to execute transformation strategies, implement ERP systems, redesign processes, and manage post-acquisition integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of the company's digital transformation roadmap, including ERP (NetSuite) implementation and optimization.
  • Oversee business process redesign, automation initiatives, and transformation playbook development.
  • Design and deploy change management, training, and communication programs to support organizational readiness.
  • Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met.
  • Partner with Corporate Development to integrate newly acquired businesses, standardize processes, and align systems.
  • Track KPIs, embed Lean/Agile principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional transformation team (ERP Lead, Training Coordinator, System Support Specialist) while managing third-party vendors and consultants.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated success leading ERP implementations and digital initiatives, ideally in a PE-backed or growth-stage environment.
  • Experience supporting both organic growth and M&A integration.
  • Strong background in process design, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills.


Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
