Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Support senior Flavorists in flavor creation and duplication for customer briefs.

  • Evaluate raw materials and new technologies introduced by R&D.

  • Participate in special projects including Re-imagine platforms.

  • Learn techniques to cost-optimize formulations and understand flavor legislation.

  • Apply flavors into bases and participate in tasting and product evaluations.

  • Maintain organized lab conditions and manage raw materials and flavor stocks.

  • Interface with cross-functional teams including Sales, PX, Marketing, CPD, and Operations.

  • Use IT tools to assess impact of formulation changes across countries and factories.

  • Build knowledge of production processes including Liquid Compounding, Powder Blending, and Spray Drying.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of lab experience or 3+ years in industrial laboratory/chemical industry.

  • Strong practical math skills and ability to prepare dilutions and flavor applications.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to taste and discriminate sensory properties of flavors.

  • Fluent in English and well-organized with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office.

  • Desire to develop new skills and grow professionally.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Graduation from IFF Flavorist School or equivalent external program.

  • Experience working as a trainee in a flavor creation environment (2-3 years).

  • Exposure to customer presentations and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
