Full-time Shift Schedule
3rd shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (A Team Rotation) Description
The Electro-Mechanical Training program is designed to prepare trainees for the position of Mechanical Repair Technician or Electronic Technician. The training period is 12 to 18 months. Trainees will work under the guidance of a Team Leader or an experienced Mechanical Repair or Electronic Technician, who are designated Trainers for this program. Smith & Wesson will then select trained and certified Electro-Mechanical trainees from this program based on the needs of the business; which may be on any available shift. Prerequisites
u Prior machine maintenance or repair skills/work experience u DOT Certification u Skills Assessment results u Current job performance u Current attendance record u Recommendation from current supervisor u Results of the interview
