Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Work as part of an agile team to define requirements for feature delivery Work with the Product owner and the Line of Business associates to gather the requirements, document them, and translate them into user stories the development and testing teams can understand Conduct requirement gathering sessions with the Product Owner and associates from the Line of Business to develop a healthy backlog of EPICs and User Stories Document use cases, and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Work with development and testing teammates to help them understand the detailed requirements Research and analyze any reported defects/bugs Acquire hands-on knowledge of the application for which stories are written Collaborate and coordinate with other agile teams when projects have dependencies Map data fields from the UI to API contracts if necessary Maintain data dictionaries, task matrices, and product flow documentation for each PI Requirements: 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role Agile tools (Jira) Pega Reporting Pega Decision Strategy Desired skills: Pega Business Architect experience Financial Services/Treasury Services experience Good communication skills Proactive ability to lead sessions to get results Versatile learner and quick adapter to the work Pay Range: $42.09-$50.09 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
