Position Title: Production Technician Wage: $20.00 - $21.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am We are seeking motivated candidates to join a great team in Spring Green, WI. All shifts are available for Production Technician roles, and these positions are temp-to-hire. Production Technician Responsibilities: - Perform assignments based on established safety policies and procedures - Adhere to quality policy including all items assigned to this position following policies, procedures and work instructions - Comply with the work rules and standards outlined in the associate handbook - Lift and handle materials throughout shift - Inspect products for defects - Slot and pack products into correct racks - Ensure production line runs smoothly Requirements for Production Technician: - High School Diploma equivalent - Previous experience in manufacturing - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents relating to the job, function, or assignment - Ability to perform basic mathematical equations - Ability to follow work rules, work independently, be flexible and be willing to perform various jobs - Ability to maintain clean work areas and follow good housekeeping practices - Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend and reach throughout shift - Ability to lift 30-50lbs+ throughout shift madison@qpsemployment.com IND035 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
