The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-drivenSenior Specialist, Talent Acquisitionto join our recruiting team, specializing in exempt-level hiring including corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Strategy, and other functions as needed. This role is critical to building high-performing teams that drive our business forward. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for exempt-level roles across multiple departments including corporate functions.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.

  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.

  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to develop competitive offers.

  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on exempt-level corporate roles.

  • Proven success in sourcing passive talent is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in providing excellent candidate/customer experiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).

  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience in both agency and corporate/in-house recruiting environments.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence at various organizational levels.
