Role Description
We're seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support the GM of New Initiatives at Dropbox. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, high-impact part of the business that's focused on launching and scaling new products and ideas. In this role, you'll work closely with the GM to drive priorities forward, manage day-to-day operations, and create leverage across a broad range of strategic and operational projects. You'll be at the center of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners and helping bring clarity, focus, and follow-through to critical initiatives. While Dropbox is Virtual First, this role will require periodic in-person presence at our San Francisco studio for key meetings, events, and working sessions. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a mix of strategic and tactical work.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support - Manage the GM's calendar, priorities, and workflows with accuracy and foresight. Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the GM's time is spent on the highest-impact work.
- Meeting & Project Preparation - Coordinate agendas, prep materials, and briefing docs for internal and external engagements; capture follow-ups and ensure timely execution.
- Operational Leverage - Help run the "operating system" for the GM's office, streamlining communication, tracking priorities, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Event & Offsite Coordination - Support planning and logistics for team offsites, partner meetings, and cross-functional sessions.
- Cross-Functional Liaison - Build strong relationships across the organization to help drive initiatives forward, unblock issues, and surface the right information at the right time.
- Travel & Logistics - Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.
