Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily work within the Bankruptcy department. The position will coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve quality, productivity, and achievement of service level goals and objectives. This position will also be responsible for administration of department internal control structure, involvement of department strategy, performance monitoring and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, strong analytical skills as well as effective time management and organizational skills.

Primary responsibilities include the following:



  • Manage team member's workflow and daily performance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to monitor and motivate employees to reach and exceed performance goals
  • Research and resolve escalated issues timely
  • Oversee operational controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Manage various projects and perform other relevant duties as assigned
  • Demonstrated success identifying and implementing process improvements



Position Requirements

Required Education/ Experience:



  • 5 -7 years operations management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field


Preferred Skills:



  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to monitor and develop employees
  • Demonstrated success managing projects
  • Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to confidently lead meetings and convey information.

Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
