The Organization CILA serves legal service providers, pro bono attorneys, and social services staff who are working with children in immigration-related proceedings nationwide. For more information about CILA, please visit our website: https://cilacademy.org/ Job Summary/General Purpose of Job Responsible for overseeing and conducting CILA's national social work program to fulfill grant requirements and meet the needs of legal service provider organizations in the network serving unaccompanied children throughout the United States. Develops CILA's training and written resources related to the provision of social services to unaccompanied children, and for ensuring CILA's prompt and helpful response to technical assistance requests. Will train and supervise CILA's current social worker, who will assist in these efforts. Principal Duties/Job Responsibilities

Physical Requirements Most work will take place in an office setting (whether in CILA office space or from a home office if working remotely). This role may require visits to the offices of legal service providers or other stakeholders and/or travel for professional training and conferences. Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds.
