Job Description

Job Summary:



Mercury Systems is a digitally transforming business analytics system for the enterprise. Embark on a pivotal journey to actionable insights-based analytics delivered through cloud-based data lake/warehouse and modern presentation tools.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Partner with a business providing technical guidance and contribute to deploying business intelligence solutions for the company.
  • Manage business engagement, demand prioritization, and roadmap.
  • Develop proficiency in end-to-end key company measures and metrics.
  • Provide technical consulting on complex business insight requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain decision support systems and applications.
  • Design and implement AI/ML technologies for the enterprise.
  • Manage technology partners and consultants (including offshore).
  • Constantly evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades, enhancements, and replacements.
  • Maintains knowledge of product roadmaps and the associated impact on the current business systems environment.
  • Will need to respond, coach, and train our business users on Mercury Analytics systems processes, tools, and technology.
  • Partner with all business functions and other members of IT as Mercury develops cutting-edge analytics relevant for Mercury managers and Execs.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with security access policies, granting, and revoking administrator access to AI and Business Intelligence systems.
  • Configure custom access profiles to meet business needs and improve user experience
  • Audit liaison & key control owner.
  • Must have passion and vision to improve processes and empower users with Business Analytics Systems.


Required Qualification:



  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 10(+) years of hands-on experience with business intelligence and/or systems implementation.
  • Experience with Mendix application development is required.
  • Relevant business experience to include: application systems support, projects/systems rollouts, business process definition, and project risk assessment.
  • An understanding of SDLC for application development is required.
  • Strong understanding of SCRUM/Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Cloud-based technologies (AWS preferred), RedShift, Power BI, Lambda, and SQL.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity and utmost accuracy.
  • Ability to work hybrid out of Andover, MA.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in building AI solutions strongly preferred.
  • Open to remote work for the right applicant.



"Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $112,900 - $203,200 for a Senior Principal / Senior Manager at Remote USA. The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees."
