The Job We are seeking a highly capable professional to serve as Executive Business Partner and Senior Executive Assistant to CEO-a hybrid role that blends precise executive support with several chief-of-staff duties. This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and administrative excellence-serving as a force multiplier for the CEO of a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare organization. As a critical extension of the CEO's office, you will ensure every interaction, meeting, and moment is purposeful, well-executed, and aligned with the CEO's goals and the organization's broader vision. You will manage high-level administrative operations with polish and precision while also advancing strategic initiatives, driving follow-through across the enterprise, and supporting organizational alignment at the executive level.
