As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) of pluggable Optical Modules in the IP Routing group you will be responsible for: leading the qualification of new optical modules across design teams in North America, driving optical module vendors to meet technical requirements, and risk-managing the introduction of optical transceivers into the Router product line. This position requires a program manager with technical experience in the pluggable optical module market. You will drive new product introduction by coordinating Engineering, Product Line Management, and Procurement. DCN2025 As part of our team, you will: * Define requirements based on inputs from Engineering and Product Management * Select external vendors using technical and commercial criteria * Organize purchase orders and internal distribution plans * Manage schedule and make risk calls to overcome obstacles * Lead R&D activities to achieve product release targets At a minimum you must have: * a B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with suitable background * 7+ years of optical module industry experience * Program Management experience, scheduling, and resource planning * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities * a track record of leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders and hitting release targets Come create the technology that helps the world act together
