We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and drafters in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project success through effective leadership, innovative mechanical design solutions, and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated engineer with strong leadership skills, demonstrated technical expertise, and proven management experience in complex engineering projects. What You Will Do
