Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling, on-brand assets for global recruitment marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior designers.
• Adapt existing design systems and templates to meet diverse campaign requirements.
• Contribute to the exploration of new design approaches and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Maintain meticulous file organization and adhere to established documentation procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the creative team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Uphold the highest quality standards by ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
• Follow established workflows and production processes to maintain efficiency and consistency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in brand design or a related visual design role
• A strong online portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and systematic thinking
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience supporting brand design initiatives
• Understanding of design systems and scalable solutions
• Understanding of user experience principles
• Knowledge of motion graphics and/or illustration
• Ability to follow complex brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of creative innovation and emerging design trends
• Bilingualism (Hindi is a plus, but any second language is beneficial)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.00 to $37.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
